The 99% Club (Our Big Changes)

I recently talked with a lady who has passed through most of her healing and is at least 99% if not 100% “merged.” I asked her what were some of the new problems she now faced.
She said that one of the issues for her now is having to take the consequences of what the alters have done in the past, such as the impact of her DID on her children and grandchildren.
She also said that it is taking her a while to get used to “handling” everything! For example, when there was financial stress and strain in the past, there was always an alter that would respond to a crisis like this. Now, she herself has to learn how to deal with the normal pressures of life.
She also said that she feels lonelier now. Most of her friends are still involved intensely in their own healing or have stalled in their healing processes and are not healthy relationships for her to be involved with.
Sometimes she feels further from the Lord, although she’s not sure why.
But there are some good changes too. She’s glad she’s done with the one on one counseling she did for so many years.
Although there are normal emotional ups and downs, she’s not triggered anymore, which is a wonderful blessing!!!I
