Tired of being the only multiple on the block? Are you lost in a sea of SPD’s (Single Personality Disorder)? Are you frustrated with trying to decide which nametag to wear at a seminar? Do you get out-voted when you try to decide what to have for lunch?
You are not alone.
The idea for Toggles Connection came during a TOGS (Trophies of His Grace) Seminar. I like the name TOGS much better than the usual SRA. The later gives you know who too much top billing.
Every believer is a Trophy of His grace according to the Bible, some of us just know it more clearly than others. We are still TOGS even after the final merging/integration. So, if you are a believer in Jesus Christ, and acknowledge God’s grace and mercy in your life, you qualify!!!
Ooops, a sidetrack. Does that happen to you as much as it happens to me??? Back to the explanation of the name.
As I said, a group of TOGS decided that since a toggle is something that switches the lights (or other things) on or off, that would be a fitting title. We all know about switching, so we thought it would be appropriate.
As far as the “Connection”, we feel that there is a definite need to have some sort of communication going on between TOGS, since it is sometimes difficult, if not impossible, to find a friend who really understands MPD.
We hope that the articles posted here from the back issues of the Toggles Connection will continue to be a help, hope, and blessing to many.I
